It’s been awhile. I know.\u00a0 And I think it’s time for this post.<\/p>\n
I’ve been hemming and hawing about doing it now, or waiting until I have things ‘ready’. But really, I have no idea when that will be or what that will look like so…..now it is!<\/p>\n
If you were wondering, no, I haven’t been sick, nothing is ‘wrong’ and nothing has ‘happened’. Well, it has……in a way.<\/p>\n
After 22 years of making content, I’ve been taking a break. A much needed break. Because, if I’m being honest (which I prefer), I just got burnt out and kind of BORED. My days of churning out clips are OVER. I’m done with it. And I’ve felt this way since about late 2023. I’ve made hundreds of clips and thousands of pictures and I love what I have created over the years. However, I just don’t feel excited to do it anymore. It feels repetitive. My brain is bored with it. I like a challenge, I like My creativity and interest sparked. That’s when I REALLY enjoy creating!<\/p>\n
(That’s not to say I’ll never make another video again, it just means they will be far and few between.)<\/p>\n
I LOVE to create, I get such satisfaction from coming up with an idea and making it happen. I LIVE to make things happen. (Seriously, that is My life motto!)\u00a0 It’s just that going forward, things are going to be ‘different’.<\/p>\n
I know what I want to do next, but I don’t know when that will be or what it will look like….yet. It will unfold in time. Sounds cryptic perhaps but I don’t want to say I’m going to do X, Y and Z and then not do it.\u00a0 No promises, no pressure.<\/p>\n
What I do know for certain is that My attention is first and foremost going to something that has been on My To Do list for SO LONG—My BLOG! I have wanted to revamp My blog for such a long time but kept putting it off because I never had the time to devote to it. Now I do.<\/p>\n
And it’s important to Me because this is the first step going forward. I don’t ‘do’ social media (honestly? I loathe<\/em> it) and I don’t like ‘fan’ sites (just not My personality….I can’t pretend and\/or I’m just a bitch. LOL). But My blog is My ‘home’ on the internet. It’s the place you can visit to find a bit more about Me. And it’s the place I can write whatever I want and not have to worry that My post isn’t approved, or I used a ‘banned word’ and have to replace it with something else. *sigh* Censorship is so tiresome. (Which is an upcoming blog topic).<\/p>\n So, going forward, THIS is where I will be. I will still be selling My content on Clips4Sale<\/a> and Loyalfans<\/a>, of course. But the only place I will be ACTIVE, as in doing updates just like this post, will be here on My blog.<\/p>\n I want to say “I’ll post again soon!” but then I hate making promises…. so I’ll just say that I am *intending* to post again within the next week.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" It’s been awhile.
