The Mind.

I have been meditating daily for the last 4, almost 5 years now. I used to meditate years ago but I was never consistent with it.  And since they now have apps for *everything*, I wanted to try again.

At first I was really into it. But some days sitting still for just 5-10 minutes felt like a LOT. Some days My mind was buzzing and other days I could easily get into it.  And now I look forward to it. Taking a little mental break from this crazy busy world of ours and the constant barrage of information.

Meditation has brought such a wonderful peace and calm into My life. (Not that I have a terribly stressful life, mind you.)  But it just gave Me a beautiful clarity to My thoughts and more mindfulness to the present moment.

Just taking the time every day to shut out all distractions, sit and close My eyes and focus on My breath…. that simple practice is transformative.

And here is where I segue into why I brought this up….

The mind is where everything begins. With the right mindset, anything is possible. With the wrong mindset, nothing is. Everything starts with a thought.

And My content over the years has focused on the visual aspect of things. But these days, I’m more interested in focusing on what’s in-between your ears.

Imagine My voice and My words guiding you to a relaxed state where your mind drifts off and you forget everything else for a little while. There is so much to explore……
