UPDATE:  So apparently this sale is going on NOW (the 19th). There is a counter on the main Clips4Sale page, showing how many hours/minutes/seconds are left to take advantage of this. (They told clip producers that they would let us know the times of the sale but…I guess they decided to start it early?)
